The key to any succesful Gas Catalytic Infra Red System lies in applying the correct design.
The design is dependant on a number of variables including Part Size, Part Material, Coating Chemistry and Line Speed.
These variables give the design parameters which include the length, height and reflective geometry of the oven, the total required heat output and the arrangement of the heater panels. The final aspect is the design development is the creation of the appropriate control zones and heat profile recipes.
The whole design process is 'Non Trivial' and is backed up by years of experience over hundreds of installations.
